How to Make a Covered Pizza with Plenty of Cheese?

We made a delicious pizza that everyone who eats will ask for the recipe! He wanted the second one who ate it with its delicious dough and plenty of mortar!


Pizza dough;

1/2 pack Piyale Instant Yeast

2 tbsp sugar

1/4 SB olive oil

2 tsp salt

4 SB Piyale flour

1.5 SB lukewarm water

Mix warm water, yeast and sugar and leave for 5 minutes. Then add olive oil in it. Add flour and salt and knead the dough. Ferment the dough for 1 hour.

Pizza Sauce;

2 SB tomato puree

1 lb tomato

1 tbsp tomato paste

1 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp thyme

1 tsp salt

1/2 tsp sugar

1 tsp olive oil

Take olive oil in a sauce pan. Then add the tomatoes, tomato puree and tomato paste and mix. Then add the remaining ingredients and cook until the sauce thickens.

Indoor Pizza

Green pepper


Black olive

Cheddar cheese

For the above;

1 egg

Tear off a piece of pizza dough and open it. Spread the pizza sauce inside. Arrange the ingredients on it, close it in half and place it on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Brush 1 egg over the top of the pizza. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.
